Menu Week of 10/08/2011

Thank you to WitchyWoman for pointing me to AZ Cookbook. I've adopted some of the recipes for this week:

Saturday
  • Breakfast: Breakfast burritos
  • Lunch/Dinner: Fried rice, left over saffron orzo, spring rolls
  • Prep: Chicken Ragu
Sunday
  • Breakfast: Sharlotka
  • Lunch/Dinner:Chicken Ragu with potatoes; Tri-colored pepper salad; Tandoori bread
  • Prep for Monday: Spanish Tortilla; Tuna salad
Monday
  • Breakfast: left over Sharlotka
  • Lunch: Tuna sandwhiches
  • Dinner: Spanish tortilla; salad
  • Prep:
Tuesday
  • Breakfast: left over Spanish tortilla
  • Lunch: Deli meat
  • Dinner: Fried zucchini, Chicken Ragu over rice
  • Prep:Rice
Wednesday
  • Breakfast: Cereal
  • Lunch: Deli meat
  • Dinner: Salad; Maple glazed tuna; Fried rice
  • Prep: Bake potatoes; chicken soup; chicken salad
Thursday
  • Breakfast: Breakfast sandwich
  • Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich
  • Dinner: Chicken soup; Salad; Twice baked potatoes
  • Prep: Jalapeno poppers; Roasted chicken
Friday
  • Breakfast: Yogurt & bananas
  • Lunch: Chicken salad sandwiches
  • Dinner: Jalapeno poppers; Chipotle roast chicken tacos; Rice; Sopapilla cheesecake

  2. Not yet - I've never even considered Norwegian food to be honest. The Azerbaijani recipes hit fairly close to home since my family is from Russia and the cuisines among the various cultures in the old USSR had intermingled quite a bit.
