  • Dinner: Spaghetti & meatballs, Caesar salad
  • Prep: Roast chicken
Thursday
  • Breakfast: Cereal
  • Lunch: Meatball subs
  • Dinner: Bean burgers with fries and salad
  • Prep: Make chili; veggie dip
Friday

  • Lunch: Bean burger wraps
  • Dinner: Chicken chili over rice with corn muffins
